ONSER Model Development Tour — Draft Participation Terms

1. Application and selection

Submitting an application is free and does not create a booking or an obligation to pay. ONSER reviews applications and may invite selected applicants to a confirmed session.

2. Workshop and scope

The proposed format is an eight-hour model-development intensive over two days, including coaching, posing, movement, runway, casting preparation and photography elements as described on the website. The exact city, venue, dates, schedule, deliverables and applicable price must be confirmed individually before payment.

3. Price and booking

Displayed prices are indicative offers for the relevant booking tier. A place is reserved only after ONSER has confirmed the session and booking conditions and payment has been successfully received through an agreed payment method, such as PayPal Business.

4. No agency representation guarantee

Participation is training, not an offer of agency representation, employment or guaranteed modeling assignments. No contract with a model agency is promised.

5. Participants under 18

A parent or legal guardian must approve participation and the binding booking for any minor. Details of supervision, arrival, collection and permissions for photography will be agreed before the session.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and withdrawal

To be finalized before accepting payments: cancellation deadlines, refunds, replacement participants, cancellation by ONSER, travel expenses and the applicable statutory consumer withdrawal rules (Widerrufsrecht). No binding cancellation or no-refund policy is established by this draft.

7. Photos and usage rights

Any photography deliverables and usage permissions, including publication by ONSER, must be stated in the booking agreement. Participation alone does not authorize unrestricted commercial publication of a participant’s image.
